The Belmont Health Center Chiropractic and Sports Rehabilitation Clinic
is a whole-family wellness center built with an emphasis on whole family nutrition and wellness, as well
as active lifestyle maintenance care. The center was founded in 1994, treating athletic, industrial, and
automobile related injuries, along with sports related biomechanic conditions.
We offer same-day appointments, 24-hour emergency care, and massage therapists are available full-time including
Saturdays.
We accept most insurance, we are a Blue Shield preferred provider and affordable payment plans
are available.
